This credit union used to be a fairly decent establishment, however, they are now a joke! It took over a month to simply set up a simple small business checking account, and even the "new accounts" representatives from two different branches were totally clueless as to what the requirements actually were to establish a new business account. After a month and a half and multiple trips back and fourth obtaining all the required documentation to satisfy their requirements, I went to deposit my first check in my new account, and I was told that there is a hold placed on checks on new accounts. Imagine my pleasure in receiving this news! If you are interested in opening a business account, I would highly recommend consulting another institution that actually wants your business. I understand companies have their policies and practices, but they have gotten out of control with all of the red tape. And also keep in mind I have been a long time member that knows many other long time members that have become dissatisfied with this institution.

I used to think Member One was the best HOwever a recent issue has me changing my mind about using another credit union. I had a check from my sister from Sprint. I cashed it for her, she made it payable to me and I in turn tried to deposit it via the mobile app. it was rejected. When I called up, they said they have a policy not to cash 3rd party checks. First, I did not know that policy, second, my account more than covered it, third, so far I am out this money. I guess they do not value customers and I will have to do two things change credit unions which is easy and secondly, contact the Board, NCUA and any regulatory agency I have too. If a supervisor just honored it this time and told me going forward that would be okay but as of this writing it has been nothing but disconnected phone calls and now we are waiting for a supervisor to call back, whose name I have. If this is not solved I guess action will be needed. If they cannot service members in this kind of issue what good are they?

Have a motorcycle financed thru these guys. They sent me a letter informing me they did not have my insurance info on file for my loan. I took proof of my insurance to them and called the insurance company while I was there to fax info showing them as Loss Payee. Insurance sent me same thing they sent Credit Union and it did not contain Loss Payee info. I called the Credit Union to verify they got Loss Payee info. Left message for gentleman I spoke with. He never returned my call. I called back and had to INSIST to speak with someone at that time to verify necessary information was received. This is a pattern lately with them I have noticed. Member One FCU; you need to improve your customer service. It used to be great.

Member one loan department is the rudest and most dishonest department when it comes top keeping their customers credit reporting correct, they make the reporting error to CREDIT AGENCIES --they check it and admit they made an error and do not apologize, but insult you for their mistake and then tell you it is up to "YOU" to contact all the credit agencies and dispute a mistake they knowingly made to get it corrected. Do not borrow money from this lender--they will ruin your credit!

They give incorrect information here at the Member One on 202 4th St NE. I was not only disappointed by that but by the tone and the manner I was addressed when inquiring about different accounts. I was addressed as buddy and they continued to address me as buddy, bud and disrespectful names throughout me asking questions... I left feeling disrespected and without the proper information I needed. Will not be returning to this Member One.

Great, no fees are charged for any of the services. Obviously they have such a high apr on all there loans so you still have to shop around a little for loans. but they really are great, with fast customer service and answering my questions, even if they dont have to do with their services. So glad I bank with them.

Gave me misinformation on opening an account. After I opened the account, they called me and told me they actually had told me wrong that I needed to make a larger deposit. I also tried to refinance my house, but never got an answer on the loan application despite repeated follows on my end.
