Outstanding firm! Two years ago I switched checking from 3 of the "big banks" around here who always found creative ways to add fees to my personal and business banking accounts; no fees at CSE which has saved me about $200 so far. And the big banks always seem to be "apologetic" in their customer approach to how they conduct their business to make a profit, whether it be "sorry, we charge a fee for that service" or "you have to combine this and that, or use our debit card, or accept online statements only, and maintain a high minimum balance, in order to waive a monthly charge". At CSE the employees are always knowledgeable and friendly; they are customer-service oriented. I have dealt with the North Canton and Jackson branches and found both locations to have similar service. Highly recommended; I continue to send my clients there.

Looking for a small community credit union but still want to be treated like some broke nobody EVERY TIME you need your financial institution? Well CSE is the place for you! I walked into CSE several years ago with bad credit and low income. In this time i have paid off TWO loans EARLY with no late payments,have amassed a few thousand in my savings account,doubled my reported income,not to mention i own my home and have the same steady employment. THEY STILL ACT AS THOUGH I AM UNTRUSTWORTHY AND CANT/DONT PAY MY BILLS!
