They don’t accept change unless it’s perfectly rolled into coin sleeves. And the fees. Chase in general. So. Many. Fees. If you bank here better add a fees section to your budget, may be as much as your mortgage! And the staff was unhelpful and rude.

I have a business account so i walk to bussiness transactions line and the teller tells me that its going to be a few minutes then another lady comes and tells me to back to the personal account line with out even asking if i had a bussiness account

Have called the customer service number for this branch many times on several different occasions. Not once has anyone ever answered. Shame on me for expecting different results I guess.

Its a very nice bank. Very modern, nice and clean. All the staff was very friendly. Not sure how old this location is but it looks brand new inside and out.
