Poor-Fair does not even come close to what this bank specifically and wells fargo as a company should receive. First off I was charged two overdraft fees by wells fargo one for withdrawing money from a teller and two for moving money from checking to savings. When I called no one seemed to have an answer as to why they were doing this except some bull crap reasons. Then I had my accounts upgrade by Vette there at the bank, and the banker closed my old account without being sure there were no pending charges. So the old account had a negative balance. I called yesterday to talk to her about this and she informed me I had two weeks to pay this, I told her it might be longer than that, because I a paying rent today and have to wait until I am paid next to take care of this. She acknowledged this and said it was fine just to get it taken care of in two weeks or come in to have it extended longer. Then when I went to remove money to pay my rent, all that money was gone, to a "DR OFF SET TO ACCOUNT". What was the purpose of me calling and talking to someone? I am withdrawing all my other funds and leaving wells fargo, customer since 2005, leaving very disappointed in you wells fargo. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Had trouble after depositing a check in the atm, they went above and beyond to get my check into my account earlier than I would have gotten it otherwise
