I have had my policies for a while at this State Farm agency. Both the agent and his staff, specifically David and Cindy that I normally deal with, are absolute outstanding. Although I have relocated to Florida, I REFUSE to transfer my 4 life insurance policies over to an agent here in Florida because I know that if I even have any questions or concerns, my State Farm agent, Jerrad Ragsdell, who is very knowledgeable and always gives me the peace of mind in going over all the situation I throw at him. Dave is wonderful and always follows up with me promptly whenever I have any questions and/or need any quotes. Cindy is also amazing! She has been so helpful and patient with me in dealing back and forth with State Farm life, bank and their billing department. She always keeps me in the loop and calls me back immediately. I HIGHLY recommend getting insurance at this office for the simple fact that everyone in that office embodies the true principle of what it really is to a "GOOD NEIGHBOR".

Granted, this review reflects the signing up process! Denise was not only incredibly professional and prompt in her interactions, she was also very knowledgeable and used every ounce of that to ensure I not only understood my coverage, but that I was able to redeem as many discounts as was applicable to my life. She was marvelously warm and human. The entire process went quickly and without incident. I am hoping that, gods forbid, if I encounter an accident, this is only a preview of the help I will be getting. Truly wonderful experience!

State Farm is amazing. I have never had an issue with them. Anytime I need assistance they send someone out to help me. Any questions I ever have are answered accordingly. I hear people saying its to expensive but let me tell you something , might be pricy but its worth it at the end of the day. They handle everything for you. Professional, Quick and Easy is the way to go. I have referred so many people to them and they all come back and say they it. I have auto and renter insurance through them and its well worth it.
