I don’t write many reviews but when I want others to know about a good thing I make the exception. We recently made the switch to Keir Jones State Farm after almost 30 years with Farmers. Why? Because, after years of never talking to or hearing from my agent accept annually when premiums were going up we decided to look around. We thought why not? It didn’t cost us anything to check the competition. What we found was that Keir is highly recommended but he is also very involved with the community and genuinely cares about his clients and the communities he serves. When was the last time you said that about your insurance agent? I know I never did before making the switch. Keir and his team are as good as it gets. They are always available to answer any question and they have been proactive to let me know if options exist that may provide better coverage, lower cost or better protect my family. Keir also takes the time to explain things and ensures you know what, why and how you are being covered. That was a big plus for me as insurance options can be confusing. Oh, and just to be sure you know the real reason I’m writing this review. Bottom line, he saved us a ton of money on our insurance. I probably would have switched with all things being equal but the savings on top of the community support, high quality customer service and knowledgeable, professional staff sealed the deal and made me compelled to write the review and tell you to ask for a quote. It’s free and I know I’m glad we did.

I am a realtor and often I need to get quotes on my listings to help sell the listings to qualified buyers. Every time I call Keir Jones office, they act immediately to get me the info I need to help me sell my listings. On the flip side, if I have the buyer, I always send them to Keir Jones office. Most recently, I sent him two buyers. One was a lease and the buyer bought renters insurance. The other was a buyer who bought a condo in downtown Long Beach. Both were very satisfied with Keir Jones office. Finally, I personally have switched my business from another office to Keir Jones. What I like is that he keeps me in the forefront of my needs. When I switched my policies to his office. He reviewed my policies and suggested upgrades. And it just so happened this was something I had asked to be done before and was not done. One final note, Keir Jones is involved with our community. He is involved in our community. I like that! His staff is very friendly and quick in answering any questions I may have regarding my clients or my own needs when it comes to insurance. Good job!
