I worked with them as the seller and had a terrible experience. They attempted to charge me the exact same fee they charged the buyer, $675 and $675! Talk about overpriced, when I bought the house the year before I was charged $540 as the buyer(The way it is in FL the buyer always pays the majority of costs, with the seller only paying $100-$350)and the seller was only charged $95. They were extremely slow and poor with communication, and in fact lied to me at closing about the status of my wire. The closer advised it was processed successfully on a Friday, when I received nothing by midday Monday I inquired as to my wire status. Another agent there advised they were having wire issues Friday and it was known that nothing went out. Of course I get no email, phone call or update from this outfit. If your Realtor steers you here please reconsider. There are better operations out there for your hard earned money.
