It is with distinct pleasure that I extend the highest compliment feasible regarding the service and "human" relationship treatment I have received from Stephanie Burdick. It has taken me five YEARS to find an agent to replace the magnificent agent I once had, who retired. In fact, I went through four sgents, all representing premier insurers, firing each and every one of them, and in EACH case, it was because of what I consider pitiful, pitiful, pitiful customer service. Add to that, their blasé and indifferent attitude about me as a human being, simply disappointed me to no end. As a retired sale professional (30 years experience), and a former life insurance specialist for Farmers Insurance, I can speak with great candor and accuracy as to what I consider to be a quality sales professional. On a scale of 1-10, I ran Stephanie as . . . ONE IN A MILLION!!! Not only does Stephanie know her vast product line offerings, she goes goes a gazillion extra yards to REMAIN "personally" involved, when it is claim time. She has been looking after my best interests, as if she were my granddaughter, taking care of her favorite grandfather. It cannot get ANY better than that, folks.
