I needed a criminal defense lawyer in Pa. I am from New York City but was visiting a friend at Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pa. We went to a party off campus, and it was raided by the State Police in Pa. I was not drinking or using any drugs, but they arrested me and my boyfriend. My boy friend got a public defender, but my parents wanted me to hire my own attorney as I cannot have anything on my record since I hope to go to law school. My Dad found a criminal defense lawyer in Harrisburg, who has 12 offices in Central Pa. We made an appointment in Harrisburg, as he had the same last name,as mine and at tremendous reviews. He got it dismissed at the P/H, and then filed a Motion to clear my record--EVEN that I was arrested. He was so kind to me, as my parents were really tough on me,and were hard on Attorney Goldstein. He knew just how to handle my parents, and he saved my career. He was so comforting to me,as I was a total mess. My parents were very impressed and they are very hard to please. He is the BEST!!!!

Corky represented me in a complicated white-collar crime that could have sent me to prison for at least 5 years at the minimum. Somehow Corky got the two felonies dropped and i ended up with probation. It was an embezzlement case. My reputation is still soiled, but Attorney Goldstein is also helping me restore my good name.I have known lawyers,but none with his tremendous abilities and skills.A true professional. He deserves the high reputation he has in Pennsylvania. The other case can be me representing your son for a juvenile matter that would have destroyed his athletic scholarship offers in football from several top schools. He was so on top of the case, that it ended in a Consent Order, and after 6 months will have his record expunged. They were not going to give him a Consent Order, but Corky was able to advocate so strongly, that they gave it to my son.

I hired Mr. Goldstein to represent my brother in court as a defendant in a shoplifting charge. My brother, who is only twenty, lives with me while in college, and was accused of stealing from the local convenience store. We were referred to Mr. Goldstein from a friend who had used him to help her with a DUI case. He was phenomenal. He listened to my brother and was able to defend him and prove he had not stolen anything! He was worth every penny we paid for him! He explained everything as it was happening and made sure we understood the process in its entirety as it was happening.
