I would like to take this opportunity to offer an endorsement for Joshua Davidson. I enlisted his services to help with a firearms related incident. I initially found Josh through a Google search. This was after speaking with about 5 other local attorneys that were either recommended or found through internet search. I telephoned Josh and reviewed my circumstances with him. I was immediately impressed with what he had to say on the initial contact. His firsthand knowledge of the legal ramifications of my predicament was apparent. He quickly and cohesively ran through the various scenarios that might unfold based on my situation. His did this in a way to inform, educate, and at the same time not to scare me. I found that Josh crafts every sentence judiciously; he chooses his words wisely. This was in contrast to other attorneys that I spoke with, who gave the impression they either did not have firsthand experience with my legal situation, or did not care to take the time to explain it to me. Some, right off, tried to scare or intimidate, rather than to try and help me to understand my legal options. After retaining Josh, we proceeded with a plan of action; he kept me informed with each step of the way. Josh welcomed my input, and made himself accessible to any questions that came up. WOW, what a rock star attorney. I had done some research on several other lawyers in town. Some of them wanted nothing but CASH UP FRONT. money. money. money. one attorney called me back 3 times trying to get the 4500 out of me. what a criminal this dude was. I contacted Mr. Davidson one day before my court date for a criminal speeding ticket. He called me back the same night and contacted the court immediately to move my court date out. Over the entire period, Mr. Davidson has kept in touch with me and updated me every few days while working with the prosecutor to reach an agreement. On the day of my court appearance, we went together and were able to reach an agreement with the judge to lower it so that I could attend defensive traffic school. He even followed up with me after the court date to make sure that everything was going fine.
