I have come here for years and had a great experience until now. I had gone and spent almost $100 to get a new color and gel nails. After 5 hours my hair was orange was suppose to be a chestnut and a lot shorter than I wanted and my gel nails gel off the next day. Tried to get another date but she was busy or I had to work. When I got in there on time Juju was 30 minutes late and told me I would have pay full price. I just got up and walked out. I have never been so disappointed and she was still trying to sell me a product while I was leaving. And yes the trainer had been there and told me to come back and they would make it right.

My daughter took classes at City Pointe Beauty Academy to begin her career in Cosmetology. She went there and she worked incredibly hard, but she is successful due to the education she received from City Pointe. The educators there are wonderful and experienced and she loved her classes. She loves what she is doing now. If you have an interest in Cosmetology I would suggest enrolling here.

You not only learn the basic skills of the trade but you also learn the business side to become the ultimate competitor in the real world. I have two teenagers at home who are both very active in sports. They both wanted to go to City Pointe Beauty Academy to get pedicures for their tired and beat up feet. We were able to schedule their appointments very easily and the girl on the phone was very nice. Both of them said they had a good experience there and that their pedicures were great.
