Hello, First, I’d like to state on the record that if you don’t decide to go with Worgul Law Firm, you’re basically setting yourself up for failure. Before stumbling upon Mike I talked and visited with a verity of DUI defense attorney’s and though I am not bias towards public defenders I do feel as though every defense attorney responded to my case in a manner where it was better for me to take a plea deal being that this would be my 3rd DUI charge. Mike’s diligence towards my case was impeccable, and he will let you know his real thoughts and feelings about the case w/out easily swaying you into a detrimental situation. Today I went on trial for a 3rd DUI offense and won. This was a trial of one African-American male with only his African-American partner as a witness verse three Caucasian cops who tried to concoct a story different than what was initially given at the preliminary hearing. Mike showed no bias towards me nor my case. When you come into contact with Mike it feels as though your venting to a friend or family member who will delegate and immediately push for a positive outcome to your situation. Now, I do want to advise in advance that he is an extremely busy man (because he’s the best), so if he misses your call just know that he will always get back to you as soon as possible (I had to learn that lol)! At the end of the day Worgul Law Firm was the right move for me and it could be for you too!

Please Read! Attorney Samir Sarna represented me in Small Possession of Marijuana charge and Drug Paraphernalia charge. The charges were entirely withdrawn! I am not from PA and I got into some legal trouble while visiting Pittsburgh. I found the Worgul law firm via a quick Google search. Their website and reviews were impeccable, so naturally I was skeptical. I gave the live chat my information and was later (in a timely manner) contacted by Mr. Sarna. My case was trivial. I received a public drunkenness citation and the circumstances were BS (I am very biased and rightly so). Mr. Sarna explained his experience dealing with such matters and then went to bat for me. I payed a one time fee which included the appeal, if required. The price was steep, but I am glad I hired Mr. Sarna. He took care of my case receiving a not guilty verdict. I was investigating a possible legal matter. I contacted Worgul Law Firm via their online chat extension. The person with whom I spoke was attentive and certainly made sure to address my needs. Before long, I was contacted by Samir and he left a message on my voicemail. Before I could even get the chance to call him back, Mike contacted me. I spoke with Mike about the issue at hand. He made me feel secure and safe in a time that I certainly was not feeling either. Mike continued to speak with me throughout the rest of the day, all as part of an initial consultation.
