BEWARE! They do charge you for that extra nsd or ad&d travel program but it is optional and you can choose not to pay the enrollment fee. They can not cancel you policy or deny you coverage due to so. This is your right through department of insurance to be refunded for this if you already paid or to deny this extra coverage. Good luck or just steer clear cause they represent you but are not your actual insurance company so any claims you may be waiting

The liability insurance is okay (they are not the insurance co), but DO NOT get full coverage! You will pay almost $400.00 to sign up and the insurance co. will see 191 and freeway keeps the rest for a broker fee. I went to Geico and paid the same amount for 2 vehicles.

$29 dallor a month for insurance. Bullshhhh! It doesnt apply to anyone in Phx and surrounding areas. It only applies to small, unknown towns where theirs no traffic at all. And the friggn long wait to make a payment. Someone needs to re-evaluate the customer service.
