I had a six month term of auto insurance with this branch. This branch wasted my time, and when I had an issue I was hung up on. I called the lead branch and am awaiting resolution......so far this branch treated me like I was a check book and the second I had an issue I was put on the back burner. I faithfully pay in full my car insurance for 6 months at a time. I do not trust this location and I would second think using state farm. I will not recommend this company to my friends or family

Absolutely horrible. Paid insurance premiums for years with no claims. After failing to receive the annual premium billing I called and found out that my policy had been cancelled and I had been uninsured for two weeks with no notice of any kind. Great people. I wish they could receive negative stars.
