Constant issues with this office. From having 2 people on my policy called to "go down and sign insurance" paperwork. Which after I called was an attempt to add a life insurance policy without explaining that the papers were not for the auto insurance. This office added full coverage and charged me for it for several months before I notice it, on a spare vehicle I made it very clear I only wanted liability on. To not dropping another vehicle with full coverage when I requested it be dropped and taking money out of my account. on 1 issue, the process of a refund is too much work ( for their mistake ) so the issue a bill credit on your next bill. On the other issue they do not offer refunds on situations more that 30 days old (again for their mistake). If you have to use State Farm, DO NOT USE NICHOLE SCHAFFER. Extremely poor communication between Nicole and her staff and you may pay financially for Nicholes mistakes as I have.

Been a long standing customer and recently the communication has gone down hill. Staff making promises of return phone calls, no responses to emails and just lack of consistency with communication. They claim that corporate changed stuff and they don’t notify them. I just wanted a call back to my issue and for it to be fixed before the next months statement but weeks later it is still unresolved. Everyone in the office blames the other person who was handling it. STAY AWAY!

Omar Torres is a great insurance agent. He answered every and all of my questions that I had and was very knowledgeable. He also took time out of his hands to throughly explain auto coverages with my parents and older sister. Highly recommend anyone to Omar, especially Spanish speakers because he is very fluent. Great experiences from him.
