This insurance company is a complete scam. I will never do business with neither this insurance company nor U-Haul ever again. I rented a car trailer that they neglected to lock onto the hitch of my truck. When I went to load the car onto the trailer, the tongue of the trailer flew up and hit the tailgate of my truck before landing on the bumper. The damages were only $1100 and they refused to pay it saying they "could not find any negligence on the part of U-Haul" although I had two witnesses make statements coinciding with my original statement. It took weeks and weeks of me calling before they finally decided to get into contact with me when I threatened to report them to the Insurance Commissioner. I am now in the process of filing with small claims court. I would NEVER recommend doing business with this company. Now while I am reading reviews from other people whose cases sound almost identical in terms of how I was treated/how the case was handled, I can assure that if you file a claim with this company, you are wasting your time.

IF YOU EVER NEED TO USE THIS INSURANCE COMANY..DONT!!! I was involved in an accident with a U-Haul truck this year. The accident happened in september, after almost 2 months of fighting and haggling with this insurance agent for RepWest i finally got a check, Then she proceeded to tell my while my car was in the shop and i have already paid out of my pocket for a rental car, that they dont cover any rental car coverage because of "PA State Law". Worst insurance ever. My advice to anyone that is writing a claim with this company is to seek legal counsel at the beginning.

Repwest insured my storage unit in Philadelphia. When I moved to Boston, I found that much of the furniture had been damaged. Although the process took awhile, the company reimbursed me for my loss. Prior to going through RepWest I had attempted to work with my homeowners policy. RepWest had far more professional folk on the case than my homeowners company. Great follow-up and responsive adjuster. This process has made me re-evaluate my homeowners insurance carrier. Perhaps I should move into a storage facility

Melinda Stec was very courteous and patient with me. Every time I sent an email or called she replied back to me. Even though I got impatient at the end of it all she still was helpful. Also her supervisor Dan was courteous as well and my claim was taking care of within two weeks. Thank you Melinda and Dan for being there and helping me with my claim.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. They are impossible to reach, rarely respond to emails, and my car has been waiting in the shop for me to pick up for a week, while I wait for a check. This whole process has taken 3 months. Literally, they are the worst company I have ever worked with, in any realm.

First review I ever wrote in my life, I just hate the service. This is a team scam operation with U-haul and Repwest. I get hit by a U-haul truck now I need to go through all this garbage. Hope your scam operation gets investigated and shut down.

My car was hit a month ago by someone who rented a truck from there (Rear ended). The guy fled the scene. I sent them everything they asked for and they are trying to deny my claim. It is a complete scam.

Anthony Loetscher is a crook. Took almost 3 weeks to deny may claim, which was 100% legitimate. This guy is a real piece of work, rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional.
