Not too ecstatically impressed with their initial intake up to their consultation (primarily concerning their level of attentiveness and professionalism). As much as they are advertised as a top Law Firm, it remains clear to me that they market heavily and will do whatever it takes to get their name out there... Not like this is a bad thing, simply business. Now, be informed that I did not go through with their legal/professional services because of the way I was treated on the phone and handled during my attempt to set up an appointment. I have dealt with between 4 & 5 attorneys in the past 4 years from start to finish for primarily business and some personal matters. As far as shopping around and initial consult briefing, it has definitely been well over that, closer to 10+. I must say that, in my opinion, how one is greeted and how one is handled regarding customer service is of utmost importance. Was not very impressed, especially with what they advertise and the new improvements they have made to their building. Simply stated, my expectations were much higher... But hey, you know how opinions are and... What do I know!? Use your own discretion... If it feels funny, it typically is. I would love to be proved wrong, however.

I have had several email correspondences and a phone consultation with Shaun Willis during the past several months, and am very pleased with his sincere caring for people (who are not yet paying for his services). He has provided me with the information I need to hopefully settle a property dispute while advising me to work it out with my neighbor if possible (which will ultimately save me money if I can). I was not impressed by the "free consultation". The very young attorney I met with had absolutely no comprehension of my issue after a 15 minute conversation. She then asked what I wanted her to do – no advice for me! When I stated I needed a letter from an attorney, she suggested I put Willis Law on retainer with an initial charge of $2,400.00. The monthly fee would be less after that. This was the advice from this attorney when I responded that a letter from an attorney to my HOA would be sufficient to start repairs on a roof leak. This firm wasted my time.

Very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. In my consultation with Brett, I was given the advice to NOT seek legal action in my case because it would not have made sense financially. Very disappointing. I called for assistance in getting a Power of Attorney for my grandmother that is in very poor health to make sure all of her bills were paid and they would not help unless we went through an entire estate planning process which has already been done. I would not recommend this firm as they seem to be all about the billable hours vs. assisting clients.
