The worst agency I had in the past 10 years. I used it for my car insurance for 2 years. After moving to another state, I contacted them to cancel the policy. They asked evidence of returning MA plates. I did not bother and let the insurance lapse without renewal. They charge $25 for canceling insurance! I requested refund and faxed all required paper work showing that my cars were transferred to and insured in another state before expiration of the insurance with AllState. They never replied, instead, sent my bill to a collection agent. Avoid them. Their rates are not cheap.

Guys dont even try this company, cause they all dont know what does it mean insuarance.they dont know what s customer service.this company did not fix my friend s problem.and there is not any reason.they are just lying.for this company one star Forever!

Жалко что здесь нельзя поставить ноль звезды. Только так можно описать уровень услуг этого агенства. Они только выбивают деньги а когда дело доходит до компенсации, они начинают просто игнорировать проблему клиента. Со мной так было, я думал это единичный случай но теперь понимаю что таких как я здесь очень много. Одним словом, никогда, слышите никогда не пользуйтесь услугами этого агенства. Нету разницы вы выбросили деньги на ветер или же заплатили Dvorkin Insurance

they simply do not pay money when you have an accident. they are some kind of deceiver. this is not an insurance company.my friend had a problem and they said we sent money to a double account bla bla. but in fact, not money and not what response from them
