Incapable of creating an accurate insurance policy. He created multiple policies for my husband and I (switching names as primary) to collect on a new policy. We discovered he also shorted us on uninsured/undersinsured insurance when we SPECIFICALLY said we wanted it. Thank goodness it was caught before anything could ever happen! After we found out, he kept nagging us to sign a waiver stating we never wanted it. This guy is a nut!
