I had my license renewed at the AAA office in Cromwell CT this morning. Even though they had a DMV computer issue (no fault of their own) I was still in and out very promptly. The staff was extremely helpful, and one person (Margaret - I believe) went out of her way to get me the best service possible. This office deserves to be recognized as going above and beyond and I am happy to say that I will return to this office when I need AAA, and that I will gladly tell others to do the same. Thank you for making my visit a memorable one!

Went for my license renewal today at the Cromwell AAA. Both women working were excellent. Being able to see my photo before saying "yes", was a plus. I was there 10 minutes, or less, before having my license in hand. Walking happily out the door, I heard, "Happy Birthday". It is my 50th, and one of the best photos ever. Great service and timing. Thank you to Lisa, and the other woman who waited on me.

Great service with KATHY... was there for a renewal license photo,,no lines no waiting,,, Sure beats waiting in line with a number,,,to get a photo, and then wait to be called at the photo booth to retrieve your new photo on your license,,, Better yet,,,plenty of parking,,and open on mondays.. To bad they do not do more services,,,for the DMV.

This AAA is the worst. I wanted to call to get information about what I need for my ID. I called for 2 week straight. I called for 3 hours each day and no one answered the phone. This place is not friendly to people who need to call in.

We went to AAA Office in Cromwell to plan a trip. Our travel agent was Ann-Marie Landry. She was very helpful and made planning our trip and getting reservations a pleasure. She is excellent and she deserves FIVE stars and more!

If you purchase tickets from AAA, they are nonrefundable period. I saved $20 purchasing lake componce tickets here, but the park is only open on weekends. I am out $130. Sucks. They where very courteous when they said no sorry.
