Very displeased with this office, I called in 07/24/2017 to cancel my policy, they said I would be receiving a call by the end of the day, never received a call. I called again 07/26/2017 and was told the same thing and never received a call. I ended up calling the corporate customer service number on 07/26/2017 and they assisted me and told me that the office "should" be calling me by 07/28/2017. And today 07/31/2017 still no contact from them! These people are the worst!

15 year with this state farm insurance agent , no accidents ,i got autopay and when they did a mystaken on the autopay , and now they tell me i did a late payment and is why they cant give me a better rate ,i call other company with same thing on my policy and is more more cheaper , to bad after 15 years they dont care on me

Never can get a real person on the Line. Always had to select to get a quote to get thru to someone. Recently moved and it took 3 weeks and several phone calls for them to transfer my policies. Would never recommend her to anyone....period.

Great customer service, was able to go in to sign paperwork on the weekend. Even offered me to refinance my new vehicle for a 0% interest! Wonderful experience everytime I need to add something to my policy or submit a claim.
