I needed a company to come out and service my fire extinguishers so i called around and reached Tom in the Akron office, he gave me the best rates in town so i called back the next day and he had Jeff M. at my shop the same day. I could not ask for better service or raters, i was treated with respect through the entire process. Silco Fire & Security of Akron, Ohio provides all fire extinguishers for WNIR FM 100.1 and our sister AM and TV stations at our office and transmitter locations in northeastern Ohio. Jeff Miller inspects all of them, determines condition of each unit, services the units that require it, and puts the inspection tags on them. We schedule a time to meet at each site to accomplish these tasks in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend their services for your extinguisher needs! Philip comes in to do his yearly inspection of the fire extinguishers and it is always a pleasure. He knows his job and does it well. He never wants to get in the way and if he needs to ask a question he waits patiently until you are free. He has the best attitude and knows when to apply that little sense of humor if needed. He is also very informative on what we may need and if he can help us with it. Silco is very fortunate to have an employee like Philip on their team.
