We met Leanne when we first moved to Colorado last fall, and instantly knew that she would be the person to help us find a permanent home here in CO. It being our first time buying a house, we were not very knowledgeable prior to chatting with Leanne about our expectations and needs. She provided a lot of insight into the process and explained things very clearly to us whenever we had questions (which was OFTEN!). Leanne is also very knowledgeable about the areas she serves and pointed out both pros and cons to the areas we were looking at buying. We felt that it made us much more confident in the decisions we made based on the full picture. If you are looking for a realtor who will be honest and enthusiastic about your home-buying experience, you cannot go wrong with Leanne! If I could give 4 1/2 stars I most definitely would, as there were only small things along the way that we would have wanted done differently if we were to do it all over again. Give her a ring if you are in need of a realtor. I have truly not met someone as motivated and enthusiastic about what they do for a living, as Leanne is!

We would give Leanne 10 stars if we could! In the tight Boulder market, Leanne helped us buy a house that we are incredibly happy with. During the entire experience Leanne was professional, honest and trustworthy. My husband and I were looking for our first home together and getting started with Leanne was easy, she listened closely and understood what we hoped to find in a home. Throughout the entire process, Leanne was on top of every detail and in very close communication with us. There were absolutely no surprises as Leanne anticipated every step, either handling them herself or giving us plenty of support on those things we needed to attend to personally. Her advice was spot on and timely - all we had to do was follow it. Leanne is a true professional and we were lucky to have had her help in finding us our perfect home. Leanne is awesome - she made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend her!

I cannot say enough great things about Leanne. When we sold our house there was a LOT of work to be done and the task seemed almost impossible to us, however very necessary. Leanne gave us hope that it could be done and because of her believing in us, we did it! And we got more than we had originally expected. She was so kind, personable, helpful, & most importantly knowledgable. She really has her stuff together and is very good at what she does. She has a huge network and is very resourceful, she even helped us find an amazing Realtor in the state where we moved. We hired Leanne to help us purchase a home in a very tight market with very little inventory available in early 2014. She was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor that is ON TOP of every detail, looks out for your best interest, knows how to communicate with many different personality types and really cares about the community she lives in. She was patient and walked us through all the steps of the buying process with as much or little explanation as we needed. She knew when to negotiate and when not to. Dare I say, she made closing fun! Leanne has a passion for what she does and it shows in everything she accomplishes.

"Leanne is great! I was an out of town seller of a property near Boulder and she went above and beyond for me. I actually never had to fly in and do any work. She helped get my tenants to clean and get the property ready for showings. We priced right and had multiple offers the first day it went on the market. Closing went great, she ironed out some last minute issues (nothing to do with her) and got it done. Sold for asking price. Please use her, especially if you are a out of town buyer/seller. "

My requirements list was long and detailed, and Leanne worked very hard to find the best fit for my needs; and then she worked even harder with difficult sellers to get the deal done.
