Chris and Valerie (his paralegal) are not only excellent at what they do, but wonderful people as well. The seller of the property I purchased was quite difficult to work with, but Chris and Valerie kept the process afloat. Chris is far and away the nicest attorney I have ever met, and Valerie patiently answered a seemingly infinite number of emails from both myself and my realtor. The process of purchasing a home (as well as selling, in my case) is going to be extremely stressful regardless, but Chris and Valerie made it much more manageable, and ultimately I am thrilled with my new home. Highly recommended!
