My interaction with one of the realtors whom responded to my request for a showing was less than enjoyable. After being called back i let the realtor know I work from home and I am busy and asked if I could call back later as I was attending a training. She said "This will only take a second" after being poked and prodded with questions about my funding, pre-approval, my occupation, my timeline, etc. (Which by the way you do not have to tell them ANY of) I was met with what felt like adversity versus a ready and willingness to help me. I nearly laughed when she said she wished to schedule a showing with me, due to the fact I was interrupted for more than "a second" and the fact she instilled more doubt in me and I have second guessed buying said property. Until today I had a VERY high regard for Weichert...no longer. I will not be turning to this company ever again to buy a home. The realtor from FISH MANAGEMENT was far more HELPFUL AND POLITE than the the realtor from Weichert.

I have nothing but good things to say about our sales rep Julie and the job she did. I do, however, have an issue with the overall sale that seems to have become my issue instead of theirs or the title insurance holders. We have a neighbor who consistently over the last year claims we were sold land that is his and every time we go to our camp, there are new signs up, items moved and notes left letting us know we are trespassing and that our seller lied to us. This is an argument involving around 70feet of property which happens to be the only flat, usable land on the west side of camp. It has become apparent that I am going to have to put out the money to have a survey done to see who is lying. That is my only complaint and the reason for three stars. Once I find out who is truthful, I will adjust the rating up or down

Anne Gallick is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I strongly recommend her to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home in the Williamsport area. In my opinion, she is the best. Anne knows the market, the area, and understands the needs of her clients. Her years of experience and professional relationships are highly valuable to her clients and to Weichert Realtors. Weichert is a solid and professional real estate firm, easy to work with and accommodating. The use of technology makes showings, inspections, and appraisals easy to manage and plan for. I recommend them for buying and selling real estate in the Williamsport area. Selling a home is a challenge in any market, but Anne Gallick and Weichert Realtors made it a lot less challenging for me.

We had a rather unconventional purchase of our house with a few kinks to be worked out, but she was there every step of the way for us, and remained patient and understanding as we worked through a few issues to get the deal done. We love our new house and would recommend her and Weichert to anyone that asked.
