This review is about Advanced Dentistry . I am very unhappy with the lower denture received from Advanced Dentistry. I waited over a year for my gums to shrink before coming back for a realignment. I was told that the uppers fit good but the lowers were loose and needed a new impression to tighten them up. I paid over $680 to make new impressions to remake the lower denture. Had to wait a week while they sent them out to Kansas City for a remake. (No denture lab at Advanced Dentistry). After the denture came back, the denture did not fit any better than before. Exactly the same as if a new impression was even made! They wanted me to come back for another try at tightening the denture. I refused because I have lost all confidence in Advanced Dentistry to do a quality job. This is not the first time the dentures had to be sent back. This happened twice before with the original impressions. Either their staff is not properly trained to make quality impressions or the lab does not do excellent work. I ask for my money back but they refused insisting that I come back in. I live over 35 miles away and I don’t want to live without a lower denture for a week, especially knowing the quality of past work. I probably will have to go to a dentist who has a lab on site and will guarantee their work.

I had Wade Hall of Old Time Masonry & General Contracting come to my home and give me a quote on replacing a rock wall and a walkway. Their quote beat the other quotes I had gotten considerably. I had the work done and I am very pleased with the results. The crew was very polite and professional and they cleaned their mess up. They arrived on time and got the job done. I am Happy Happy Birthday very pleased with the results and when people ask me who did the work I am very proud to recommend Wade Hall and his crew at Old Time Masonry & General Contracting. Start with trust is you what the BBB uses to give confidence in consumers to rely on their ratings. I filed a complaint against Arronco Comfort Air Inc. in Burlington, Ky in September 2015. I submitted documentation and agreed to arbitration. Arronco Comfort Air Inc., refused arbitration. After having now 2 filed complaints on Arronco Comfort Air Inc., in the last 6 months Arronco still has an A+ rating. I have relied on the BBB rating service for years but if this company continues to have a good rating after the complaints that have been filed than I need to reply on another service. Thank You

Dying Mans Breath

This company is so AWESOME! We had a situation as to where we purchased a vehicle 5 hours from where we live and had not received the title for it. Almost 3 months had gone by and our vehicle sat for 2 of those. I had no where to turn so I contacted the Cincinnati BBB. The service and promptness of this company and our agent Brenda Lude jumped on our case and got a resolution quickly! I am so happy for her and the company for their work! Thank You BBB.

I reported a major Dept Store for failing to honor their warranty on furniture. This has gone on for months. Finally, the store refunded the money for the furniture since it was damaged. BBB was very beneficial in solving the problem. I highly recommended contacting them if you need assistance.
