If I could rate lower than one star I would. This company misrepresents their products especially to the elderly. My father paid into this company for 14 years only to find out after his death that it only pays out if he dies because of an accident. A year before his death as his health was declining we inquired to what plan he had I have the letter from Globe stating amount of the policy and that it is non-participating. They also stated what he paid monthly and when the policy was taken out. They also stated they no cash value accumulations as of that date. They (I feel ) purposely left out that it was an accidental death policy. Well they got another year of premiums from my dad. I hope they all burn in hell for what they do to the elderly. This company sucks I would suggest staying far away from anything they sell!

My mother had globe life insurance. She passed away three months ago and they have not finished processing her claim. Every time we call to check the status they tell us they have all necessary paperwork then a week later they tell us they are waiting on doctors records. Three months later they are just now requesting those records. They have done nothing but sit and twiddle their thumbs for three months and give us grief. One day they tell us they received the paperwork and it has been scanned into the computer and the next day someone different tells us it has not been received. Biggest headache of our lives. I do not even feel comfortable giving them a one star. Should be no stars at all. I would rate a negative star if that was an option.

Absolutely the worse experience in ones life. Mom & Dad purchased a policy on my brother, dad passed and we are now trying to cash the policy in. If I call for my mother, we are told my brother now owns the policy. If my brother calls, he is told my mother owns the policy. Unbelievable level of competency at this business...this has been going on now for over 6 months...not sure what is going to take to get this resolved

I received a bill from Globe Life & Accident Insurance company PO Box 268937 Oaklahoma City, OK 73126-8937 today telling me I owe a bill for insurance that I have NEVER signed up for. What kind of Fraud is this??? Whatever this company is trying to do, I am going to stop you. I have already contacted the Idaho Police department and turned you in.

Customer Service does NOT EXIST with this company. Been trying to get them to stop sending junk mail to me for over six months and got another piece today. Guess the next step is to file a lawsuit against them and then maybe they will wake up. If I lived in Oklahoma I would be in their offices and do a sit in until this crap stops.

globe life is a scam company-they will take your money but not send out a policy-when asking for money back they lie then someone else says she will cancel it and send deposit back but check never comes. i would tell any and all-dont buy insurance thru the mail like globe life or gerber life-they are all scammers

Will not assist the family in obtaining death benefit once death occurs. They make the process extremely difficult and will delay an assignment of proceeds... so your funeral home will not be confirmed payment and you can not arrange funeral without it. Go with United of Omaha... much much better

Scam, scam and more scams. Stay away from this company. When you cancel a policy they wait a few months to actually cancel it, then take additional monies out of your earned cash value. Total rip-off artists. If I could rate them zero stars I would do so.
