Helen and her staff are fantastic. I was involved in a very sensitive international incident. I was in China, facing some very serious problems. From the first phone call, Helen and her staff took charge. The entire staff was involved in my case, and over the next week they would even take their computers home with them to make sure they could accommodate me and the 14 hour time change. From start to finish I received professional, caring, and accurate consultation as we sorted through a very complex and sensitive international case. They are MUCH more than just a "good neighbor"! If you want a caring, intelligent staff that are positive and problem solvers, this is THE branch to choose.

This has been the worst insurance service ever. I had a small accident in April and was told by Helen Wagner herself the penalty increase would only be $ 7.00 per month. Well, it turned out to be $ 40.00 per month. When I tried to lower my rate by getting rid of some extra coverage, I was offered a higher insurance rate for a lesser service - with a professional smile. I instantly found a much better insurance - without loss of coverage. Helen Wagner and her staff offer an extremely unreliable service. Just hiding behind their computer pages and caring nothing about a client while driving up prices.
