I have been with Polly Piland State Farm Insurance since 1996. I have recently had to file a claim for a uninsured motorist that hit my car. I was prepared for a lot of my time on hold and having to repeat things and leave messages, this was not the case. I called once and they handled everything, it could not have been any easier. They arranged everything and always followed up to make sure things went as planned. The office staff is always very helpful and treats you like a friend answering questions and finding information. This has been my experience for every call I have made to the office since my very first encounter until today.
