Terrible. Got a new insurance coverage and contacted them to cancel my policy. The following month they withdrew from my account again and the same the following month until I had to cancel my bank account to prevent them from automatically withdrawing from my account. I send proof of new insurance as requested by the customer service person and almost 18 month later I am told they will not refund me as it is illegal to have 2 insurance policies at once and that I let me insurance go into default in December of 2015 which is not true. They failed to cancel my account as I had requested. Shame on them.

Health plan of Nevada customer service is very bad. Since being with them i have had several problems with them avoiding paying claims. If gaining insurance from them through the health market place and any issues arise they will want nothing to do with it. They have left my family with thousands of dollars of medical bills after paying claims and removing payment later in error and just refusing to pay them even after being told to by the market place. This has left us with huge bills and medical providers refusing to see us! Avoid this company at all costs.

Shame on Southwest Medical Associates! In February they sent me a letter stating my blood work was all within normal limits after my annual physical when I was actually borderline diabetic and hypoglycemic. Now I have issues that should have been addressed 5 months ago. What a joke!

Terrible....absolutely terrible customer service. Its no wonder why so many doctors will not accept this insurance. A patient will be dead by the time they assign them to a doctor that will actually accept this insurance. They do nothing but the run around.

The overall Dr. Experience is ok. It is getting medications in other than maintenance situations released. Creams for Allergic reactions do not sometimes last 30 days until a refill is available. When this happens, they have no mercy, and no early refills.

Online autopay billing website seems to have bugs: they did not send failure or non-payment notices to my email account so my coverage was terminated. Would not assist with resolving this issue.

This plan is horrible, no doctors, no office visits are ever available. The practices that they work with are not at all about patient care. They are like going back in time 50 years.
