Poor experiences at AAA at 3312 W. Charleston. I have been a member forover 15 years there, and yet they keep adding coverages that I did not want nor request at the time of my yearly premium. For example, on April 11, 2013, I paid for the year for my one 12 year old car. I believed that I had liability only, as I always request, but noticed when I got home, my roommate told me that $1203 was high. I then looked at my policy, and they charged me for full coverage! They had done that to me two years ago also; but again, I did not check my policy since I TOLD them I wanted only liability! The next day, I went back and was told that they could have taked the payment off my credit card if I had came back again yesterday, but there was nothing they could now do about it! I told them to give me just one month of liability, as I am cancelleng the policy. The agent again incorrectly wrote the cancellation for the 14th(Sunday)! I had to have her correct that too! Also, the old lady that took my roommates name for her towing card spelled it wrong, and I corrected that there also! I advise everyone to check their policies to see if they have what they requested!I will be contacting the insurance division over their behavior!!

This Gentelman knows the business. He has been in it for a long time. I would not choose any other insurance cause of AAA service and the professionalism of Ralph Kyminas in Las Vegas.

Would give them 5 stars, except that when my wifes handicap van was being repaired they did not have a ramp van for her. So we had no vehicle for her an entire month);
