Prestige has excellent service and attentive employees. I recently had to wire transfer money and was having some issues getting accounts and service straight. Angel helped me make the transfer and gathered all the necessary information to ease the process. Additionally, I was having a few issues with my online banking. Paul took my call and got and got me up and running in no time! Last year Prestige pre-approved me for an auto loan. The dealership ended up beating their rate, but it allowed me peace of mind before I went into the showroom (& helped me get a better rate!) Overall, I have been very pleased with their service and their rates for all their products are very competitive.

They offer the very best banking experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Great employees who are willing to go out of their way to resolve any issues or concerns. They have made all of our transactions seamless and simple. We have used them to purchase 5 vehicles and never once have we had to set at dealership and haggle pricing, and we have signed all paper work from comfort of our own home. I needed help with my account and explaining how a lot of banking worke. Eva was so incredibly helpful she went over several times with me very patiantly to make sure I understood. This may be a small bank but the customer service is huge and very friendly.
