Worst credit union on the planet! Their entire system went down while me and my family needed gas hours from home. No number worked, website was down and none of the cards worked. It was like the bank vanished. We had to borrow money from a stranger to get home. Then when we went to the branch this nasty and rude manager pretty much said stuff happens and if it bothered us we should switch banks! We promptly closed our account to then a month later get a letter from collections for 50 dollars! Now after closing the account the.

I really like the service. Every one that was involved in my service need treated me with dignity and respect. There was a recent issue where the teller placed a deposit I made into an account other than the one I indicated. Fortunately both accounts were connected to me, and is an easy fix. Other than that, I like PFCU.
