I have had the pleasure of working with Jessica Bublitz as my attorney in a recent criminal case as well as a current family law custody issue. I would highly recommend Bublitz Law Firm as an amazing defense attorney as well as family law firm. Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable of the law as it pertained to my case and was always exceptionally prepared for court. Principles of the law and what is ethically correct are the top priority to Jessica. The first time I met her was at a family court hearing the day after I got out of jail. I had not yet given her any money, but she stopped by to talk with me on her way to another case. When she saw how distraught I was because my children were going to their father, she offered to go into court with me. How many defense attorneys do you know that would do that without a retainer? Her husband / partner, Gerald is also a delight to work with. Gerald helped me on court dates when Jessica was out on an injury. He spectacular at viewing cases from a jury standpoint and strategizing from that angle. He is very personal and approachable from all avenues: judges, district attorneys, opposing parties, witnesses, etc. The two of them make a wonderful team with their strengths brought to the table and their willingness to listen to the others input. Add into the mix Amy McKenzie, their relentless assistant, it is a truly professional law firm. It is truly unbelievable how they operate with only the 3 of them; yet, phone calls are always returned immediately, questions are always answered, the billing is clear and concise, appointments are kept and always on time, and case material is unbelievably structured. My criminal case went from a felony charge to a withheld judgement on a misdemeanor, two yrs probation. I am over the moon happy with my representation. I was also given great advice as to what was best for me when I was very emotional and irrational. These are amazing folks!!

Words cannot descibe my inner feelings of what Gerald, his wife Jessica, and his staff did for me. My life/future were on the line and thankfully I found Gerald, a lawyer who shines in the rankings of the best out there. I had to spend over 8 months sitting in jail until the day finally came where we were able to go to trial. I listened to Gerald every bit of the way. He never led me astray, was always blunt and honest as to my situation and encouraged me to fight, so I did. Gerald was a bulldog in the courtroom, which surrounded me with bias views of allegations made towards me. He shattered those who were bias and prooved my innocence to all 12 jurors and I was acquitted and sent home. It was unreal watching him in action. Through the most difficult and terrifying time in mine and my familes life Gerald and his team were there for us EVERY step of the way. I would trust this man with my life in his hands any day. Truly I cannot thank them enough. If your in need of some serious help do not look anywhere else, you have found the right team. If there is the slightest chance of getting out of a bad situation, they will do it.

Bublitz law was awesome! I used them for my criminal case and also my divorce, Gerald represented me for the criminal case, showed the jury how I was innocent and there was no way I could have done what the prosecutor said, after the jury was out the prosecutor ran out with his tail between his legs best feeling ever.
