This financial institution is HORRIBLE. They do not service their own mortgages!! Everything is done through the Corporate Offices in Lake Zurich where every customer servuce rep is named Shanequa or something similar. They do not have access to email, the communication is non-existent, everything must be done by snail mail. I have been dealing with a property insurance claim due to the hail storm in August 2013. It is now April 2014 and they are still sitting on the money to pay the contractor who completed the work satisfactorily because no one knows what the Hell the other is doing. They are an absolute nightmare and staffed by nothing but incompetents!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Elevations!!!!!

They made us wait for 25 minutes saying their personel was on break yet there was a gentleman in another office who came looking at us and going back to his office. Even when their personnel came back we were first in que but they ended up taking someone else who came in after us. Have been to Elevations Credit Union Boulder and they are great."But honestly this one customer care sucks"

First off, I LOVE Elevations. I moved my accounts in 2008, and will never look back. Second, Josh Williams is the man! His team and his skills are second to none. For mortgages, I will contact Josh and refer everyone I know to him. Third, this place is right near my house. Perfect. Nuff said.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible customer service when trying to close an auto loan with them. Was just a seller so the buyers were the customer. Not orgabized at all. Poor coomunications. Choose a different CU service center.

This location Stinks Manager is awful with a low IQ. He needs fired. Boulder Elevations solved my situation effortlessly. Thank Boulder for bailing out Elevations. Honestly the guy was a turd!
