I worked with Tim on two very complicated loans, an original mortgate and then a refi that could of went south, but he stuck with it to the end. He went above and beyond to get my loans through and I now have the lowest interest rate that I thought I could ever have, 3.25. He was available to me every step of the way answering all my questions and even dealing with an outside agency to get my refi through. With having to sell our existing home and purchase the new home at the same time, timing and flexibility was paramount and Tim and his team were great even when it seemed the close of escrow date kept moving further and further away.
