Total Mortgage Services could not have been better!!! From beginning to end Fritz Walter handled my FHA Streamline Refinance with professionalism. He was prompt and always available via email or phone. I even had conversations with him well after normal business hours. I originally went with another company Emery Federal Credit Union who they claim to be, formally First Mortgage only because the lender credits were a little better. But it then turned out to be too good to be true when the GFE arrived. A classic bait and switch! When I ended up going back to Total Mortgage it took 3 weeks from the time they received my application to close. What Fritz quoted me on phone/email is what I got. TMS had the best rate and minimal closing costs. The GFE and HUD1 were spot on. This is the way it should be. I am very happy and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Working with Total Mortgage Services was an exceptional experience. I went in looking to take advantage of low interest rates to refinance my current loan and knock down my monthly payments a bit. The banks I attempted to work with seemed completely uninterested in helping. But TMS did a great job. The specialist who worked with me was highly responsive and very accurate about the costs and the savings I was looking at and was never pushy. I have already referred TMS to my father-in-law who is looking to do the same.

Total Mortgage Services was great.... 3rd time in a row. This was my 3rd refinance with Matt Devoe and I cant belive he can provide the same great service years over years to me. Just refinanced with Total Mortgage Services and it was a great experience. Paul Parese was great and there were no surprises at closing. Glad I made the Switch. I actually started my refinance process with another broker, but switched to Total Mortgage. They provided a better rate and did not disappoint. This was my second mortgage with Total Mortage. Both times the lawyers and notary mentioned how low my rate was. Both mortgages went smoothly with no problems. All paper work was done with email, phone, and fax. Second closing the notary came to my house at my convience. Try shopping around but, you will not find a better rate with no hidden costs.

Great company. I have sent 3 referrals and they are all extremely happy. Total Mortgage gets the deals closed in about 30 days. When my friend went to a bank, They had to wait about 60 to 70 days to close the deal. Total Mortgage gets it done right. Highly recommended

Horrible!! and Every single steps takes forever!! The underwriters slow! If assigned underwriter is on vacation, good luck.. finding another mortgage company would be even faster!! Unless you have unlimited time and patience, never ever use this company..
