I would like to take this opportunity to thank the “Jeremy House Team”, for making my home purchase the smoothest and least stressful experience in my entire life, (and I’m not a spring chicken). Having spoken with Jeremy about purchasing a house after a short sale, he assured me that I could buy again if I had no late payments and my credit was in order, (even my realtor doubted this). So the venture begins. Upon finding a house, Jeremy informed me that I would be working with Peter Marthaler. Peter called and he told me how excited he was to be working with me and there were a few things he would need, (credit report, pay stubs, taxes, etc.), and where to send them. Now, this is the over the top part, I got FedEx labels to send my documents, they were returned as fast as they were able to copy them, and Peter called informing me that everything was in order and ahead of schedule. Every called that I received from Peter was positive, “how are you doing, everything looks good and we are right on schedule or ahead of schedule”. I was totally relaxed about this venture. Peter sent me charts showing where we were at present and where we had to go. I stopped by the office a couple of times to drop off papers and met Tonia. She was extremely pleasant, made copies immediately and asked if there was anything else that I needed. I asked the same of her. She said if Peter needed anything else, she would let me know. The part that kept this simple was the listing. If three items were needed, then there was a numerical list, no fluff, no confusing and on the computer, so no losing. I did not intend to go on and on but buying a house has always been a horrifying experience, gathering the same information over and over because the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. The only stressful moment was the closing, the waiting, until 4:39pm, and that had nothing to do with, “The House Team”. Peter and “The House Team”, thank you for such a wonderful and positive experience.

FROM THE MOMENT MY WIFE AND I CALLED JEREMY AND HIS TEAM(HOUSE TEAM) OVER AT PRIME LENDING, WE FELT AT COMFORTED, AT EASE, AND TAKEN CARE OF. IN MY 27 YEARS OF LIFE I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL HOMES TO EITHER BUY, FIX AND RESELL, BUY AND HOLD FOR A SHORT TIME AND RESELL OR TO BUY AND LIVE IN. IN THS SITUATION IT WAS TO BUY AND LIVE IN. JEREMY AND HIS TEAM HAVE EARNED MY TRUST, RESPECT, AND CONFIDENCE FOR NOT ONLY THIS HOME, BUT FOR ANY AND ALL HOMES IN THE FUTURE ( I AM IN THE MILITARY, MOVE ON A MOMENTS NOTICE). I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NOT EVER GET THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE WE DID THE ENTIRE LOAN PROCESS EVEN AFTERWORDS THAT WE RECIEVED FROM JEREMY AND HIS TEAM OVER AT PRIME LENDING. DURING THE LOAN PROCESS HIS TEAM WAS VERY IMFORMATIVE OF WHERE WE WERE AT IN THE PROCESS AND WHERE WE WERE HEADING TO NEXT, WHAT IF ANYTHING MY WIFE AND I NEEDED TO DO FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO GET THERE AS WELL. IT WAS NOT EASY FROM POINT A (CONTRACT/ACCEPTED OFFER TO KEYS IN HANDS AND RENOVATION BEGINS).. BUT THE ENTIRE TIME JEREMY AND HIS TEAM GAVE IT 110% AND IT SHOWED WHEN WE CLOSED OVER A WEEK EARLIER THAT ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED. (MY WIFE AND I HAD BOTH OF OUR MOTHERS COMING OUT TO VISIT FOR A WEEK AND A HALF THE HOME NEEDED RENOVATIONS AND ORGANIZATION, JEREMY SHOCKED/SURPRISED MY WIFE AND I WHEN WE CLOSED THE WEEK AND A HALF EARLY) I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND USING JEREMY AND HIS TEAM FOR ANY NEW HOME LOAN PURCHASE. I am amazed! I contacted Jeremy to help me refinance a mortgage he had originally secured almost 2 and a half years ago. We signed refinance papers on June 26, 2012, very shortly after we completed our application. At this point in time, most banks and credit unions are struggling to complete refinance requests in 90 days. I even saved an additional .125% compared to current rates with other lenders with Jeremy’s team and PrimeLending. It doesn’t get much better! Prior to contacting Jeremy I had been trying for over a year to refinance with the bank to which my mortgage had originally been transferred. As the result of a series of errors that resulted from the repeated incompetence of various loan officers in the mortgage department of that bank, I was told I would have to schedule a fourth appraisal and complete a third set of loan applications. I was so frustrated I almost decided to give up trying to refinance. I decided to send out the email to Jeremy and heard back immediately. I couldn’t believe it! Jeremy’s list of required documents was clear, concise, and complete. The entire process was so easy and stress-less, if you can imagine that. I can’t thank you enough. You have no idea how much you have uncomplicated my life. In addition, your sensitivity and genuine concern for Lily while she was recovering from a life threatening medical condition in the middle of this refinance process is deeply appreciated. After months of trying to do a refinance with a different lender, we were not approved due to the incorrect coding on our credit report from a short sale over 3 years ago. We did not understand why we were not qualified/approved for the refinance because we had been financed on our home over a year ago. We were told by the previous lender that we needed to dispute the error with the credit bureaus and the bank, which we did, however this should have been explained to us from the get go after we kept asking what the hold up was and waiting as long as we did not being told. If anyone has ever disputed with the credit bureau and the creditor, it is not as easy as it should be, even when you have the documentation to prove it. We started this in April/May, and while waiting during the disputes, we were doing research about our situation. What we thought was uncommon was actually happening to many others. We then found Jeremy by doing a search online at the end of June. He was quick to return our email and to our surprise, knew exactly what we were going through. His knowledge on the matter was incredible because he directed us step by step to do what we needed to do. I heard from Jeremy and/or his team several times per week keeping us updated, which was a total difference from the previous lender. His team was a pleasure to work with! Everyone we spoke to treated us with kindness and professionalism. Jeremy and his team got us approved and closed in less than 30 days!! THANK YOU

This note is a bit late in coming (finally have a reliable internet connection), but major kudos to Captain Pete M., and each member of his outstanding crew. From our initial contact, right up thru the final closing, every member of the HTM crew that I had the pleasure to deal with - I found them concise, thorough, polite, professional, which helped make the entire process a speedy and pleasant one. Sincere and special props go out to Alyssa - You were / are - simply outstanding !!! You had the unenviable task of having to secure certain vital and sensitive (financial) personal data, on a day-to-day basis. Data I protected and defended. I came to Jeremy House after my Arizona mortgage loan officer from another company could not get the deal done due to a technicality. Jeremy and team had about 3 weeks to put together a package for a self-employed borrower. Jeremy and his team came highly recommended as ”the best” in the business according to my realtor. I had used my previous loan officer numerous times over the last 15+ years and was very comfortable with him and his style. Relying on Jeremy to make this house close on time was not an easy thing to do. Jeremy and his team pulled it off! Getting this deal done on time really helped my family be able to do some work on the house prior to having the movers arrive. This “pre work” we were able to do undoubtedly saved us a ton of time. Further, my travel schedule for work only allowed me to move on this particular week. Pushing the close date out a week would have been a real burden on my wife and kids since I would have been out of town for the move. Jeremy and his team really impressed me. I will refer / recommend as many times as it comes up in the future. I also have made Jeremy my “go to guy” to make it happen when things look tough. Thanks a lot for your efforts. They will pay dividends in the future!

I just purchased my first home using Jeremy House..so exciting!! While doing my research I came across The HouseTeam on Yelp. I am a single mom of two little girls and needed a company that I felt would guide me through what could be a scary process. After reading all the reviews and researching their website I felt confident they were going to be the best choice. I filled out their online application, Jeremy reviewed my credit and called to throughly go through my credit with me and help to understand the different loans I would want to qualify for. The HouseTeam got me an amazing loan and made sure I completely understood every document I signed. Jeremy has a complete team working with him that communicate very well together so no matter who I talked to they were up to date on my loan. We all feel like we are the most important customer to a company and expect to have quick responses, the HouseTeam made me feel like I was their only customer. I would recommend this company to every person I know, I already do! I had so many people comment on how fast and smooth my home buying experience was. The experience has been great with The HOUSE Team. I had only very limited experience with one other lender and that was with my primary bank BofA; and within that limited amount of time, it was very difficult to get in touch with them or to get any type of updates on anything. The very opposite is true with Jeremy and The HOUSE Team; if anything they go overboard in effort to make sure everyone is on the same page and up to date with what is going on through the process. Especially with what I am doing by dealing with short sales, reo’s, condo’s, and non-conventional sales, etc… I can’t imagine how much more difficult, if not impossible, it would have been dealing with a lender via the big banks. I don’t think I could get done half of what was done with The HOUSE Team. Jeremy and The House team was referred to me for these reasons; being able to stay in communication and get things done when they needed to be done, and they have certainly lived up to that reputation-I have already referred a few people over to them as well. So whether someone is looking for the best rate or best service, I think they will get both with Jeremy and The House Team.

I just finished purchasing my first home. I can only assume it’s an over-whelming process even for the seasoned professional, no less a first timer such as myself. The entire HOUSE team, Jeremy in particular, could not have been more professional, helpful and accommodating. From day one I felt like I had my own personal team of loan officers. Updates came in daily and I was always kept up to speed and informed on what was happening in the process and what the next step would be. The entire team works like a well oiled machine, always communicating with each other, and even outside parties such as my realtor and escrow officer. What really impressed me, however, was the first time I sent Jeremy an email around 9 pm on a Saturday evening. Having no expectations of hearing from him for the next 36 hours, you can imagine my surprise when my phone alerted me of his response only a few minutes later. In my opinion, there is not a better team you could wish to have at your side during the home buying process. The HOUSE team far exceeded my expectations and have won my future business, along with my referral. Outstanding job guys!
