From day one the service I received from Brandon, Andy, and the rest of the Peoples Mortgage team was second to none. They were available to me anytime I needed them including nights and weekends. They ensured that any questions I had, not matter how minor, were answered quickly and thoroughly. However, the best part is that they made me a commitment to close this deal on time and they blew me away when they had the loan ready to go a full two weeks before my 30-day closing date. You will not find a more genuine, customer focused team than at Peoples Mortgage and I highly recommend you give Brandon, Andy, and team a chance to win your business. You will not be disappointed.

If you are a contractor working with any mortgage company on a HUD, 203k Loan or anything where the mortgage company pays out, ensure that you pre-lien before starting the work. It does not cost alot and the mortgage companies seem to respond better when one is used. Also ensure that you speak directly with the person in change of writing checks as they do not act swiftly to pay out when the name on an invoice isnt exactly what they need. They do not exactly mention who to write it to until asked. The same applies for this location.
