Tera is great. Always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Also very honest and upfront about your situation. Sets realistic expectations and gives accurate estimates on what your numbers will be (down payment, mortgage payment, insurance payment, etc.) She even helped me a year later when I had escrow questions! Only realtor that I worked with that gladly answered my questions and helped me become a home owner. Highly recommended!
