Our A/C went out Tuesday night around 8. I called Deals Heating & Air and got the after hours call center, they informed me that Eddie with Deals Heating & Air would give me a call shortly. Within 30 minutes Eddie called and told me he would head our way despite the rain and bad weather . Within a hour Eddie was at our house in the pouring rain. He stayed several hours due to the tricky issues we had with the A/C, but he got it going for us. I highly recommend the service and professional staff of Deals Heating & Air! Thanks Eddie!

Very fast & courteous service. They WILL commit to show up promptly at the time they say. Josh was very knowledgeable with the a/c unit(Goodman). The capacitor exploded which spewed the hot oil that cause to burn and melt the wires. He fixed and repair it in an hour with a fair price. He also did a thorough inspection, including coming inside the house to check unit in closet, and testing before leaving. I will definitely have them on my list for home repairs. Will highly recommend to others!!

I was very pleased with Eddie Mitchell as he came, knew immediately what was wrong with my air conditioner and was, fortunately, an easy fix! It was very hot and humid and when I realized the air conditioning was not working correctly, I called for help and he came to the rescue!! It was late in the day, but he fixed the problem! Very friendly and enjoyed talking with him and learning what the problem was to better understand!! Thanks Eddie, your the best!!! Happy 4th of July!!!

The service repairman showed up later today, diagnosed the issues regarding my air unit, provided a solution and installed the new motor quickly. Marvin was quite pleasant to deal with and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs!

They did a fine job of fixing our problem, but I found out after I paid them that they overcharged me over $80.00 for the part they put in and will never call them again when I need my air conditioner serviced. I checked with two other air conditioner service companies in our area and they confirmed that we were overcharged for the part.
