This place does not even deserve one star, but I have to in order to generate a post. NCS (National Commercial Services) had suggested that my vehicle had been involved in an accident on August of 2014 without insurance. So in a nutshell suggested I was in accident that never took place not having car insurance that was not true and blamed the accident on a driver that was not me. Worst of all I explained this over and over to a gentlemen who suggested everything made sense, but never did anything about it. Finally when I called in when I was completely fed up he screamed called my stupid, accused my of lying and hung up twice. He never returned my voicemail and had the audacity to call me unprofessional. lol.....This place is a chop shop, if they have sent you anything, my advice would be to contact an attorney and check your credit, because they were about to send my state a request to have my drivers license revoked. Furthermore, poor customer service, they simply pass you back and forth on hold until you succumb to the pain of boredom and hang up.....Good luck in your quest you will need it...

Hertz rental care gave them a bill for an accident in which I was the victim and have the photos to prove it. I asked how long the other party has to pay before they send it to collections. Terrance was incredibly rude. Hung up on me twice and said he did not know how long it would take before being sent to collections. These people really, really are low lives. He told me that he sent three notices to myself and the other party. I asked if they were certified mail, he replied yes but would not produce a copy. I asked what address he sent mine too since I never received the notices and he had the wrong one on file. I gave him my correct address and email address. He was supposed to email me and never did. I called a lawyer. I suggest calling a lawyer to deal with these people. They will attempt to intimidate you into paying for something you may not owe.

This company is poorly run and completely unethical. Not only was their customer service representative, Aaron, extremely rude, but he did not do his due diligence in an insurance claim case. Instead of contacting the insurance company for payment, he tried to extort money directly from me. As a person who values financial health, I was willing to work with him. Until I found out he never did his job. It makes me wonder how many other people this company has stolen from instead of doing their actual jobs.

I got a call from them today. They were calling to inform me I owed them $1000.00 from a rental car accident that was just a fender bender. However, it happened in October of 2015!! Who calls to collect 1 year and a half later. It was so sketchy!! She tried to get me to pay anything over the phone. However, I have never received anything in the mail. NOTHING!! I refused to do anything until I received something via mail. I was harassed. These people are crazy!

I have not had a very pleasant experience so far. The agent screamed at me over the telephone after I told him I could not pay the claim out of pocket. This was very unprofessional on his part. He then hung up the phone although he had requested my email. When I called him back, I had to emphasize to him that I had a right to receive the information in writing before he would take my address.

This cruddyy company wants money and we can set-up payments, BUT when you call NOBODY EVER answers phone, and when you email or write to this company, you NEVER get a response!! Does anyone know an actual number to personally speak to someone? When you press "O" for Operator, nobody answers, and message repeats itself!!.....Makes me think this company is not legit!!??????????

Took me 3 phone calls to arrange payment... 3 more phone calls to try to get an email sent to do online payments. Finally got the email and the website says my account is already registered. This is a joke. NCS you should consider hiring people who actually want to collect money for you. Never thought I would be begging a collection agency to take my money.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I was yelled at over the phone and called ignorant by the representative. He was inconsiderate and uncaring and rude. He refused to understand the concept of having a family to feed and wanted payment immediately without an agreed upon contract.
