The experience here was dreadful. The females working here were completely and utterly UNPROFESSIONAL. They must have recruited these people straight from the high school dropout list. The loser that took care of us acted as though we were bothering her. The girls were throwing rude comments back and forth at each other and basically acting as though this was their dorm room. Were the bosses away? I know there are at least a couple professional people working there because we had been there before, I feel sorry for them. The bad seeds need to be sent packing! I felt like I was in the middle of a Jerry Springer taping. Disgusting!!

Not impressed with the run around to register a motorcycle. Unique situation because I bought the bike from an estate sale where the owner was deceased. I had all the documents with signatures from the correct people in the right places. After 2 trips I was told I needed an MV-39 which had to be signed and notarized on top of having the title already done with the same information. Decided to try the Runkles in York and they did it no problem without the document. Would have been nice to not have to travel 45 minutes to do the same thing but now I know where to go from now on.

I had the good fortune to get a new licence plate with birth year on it. At first, I received the year later as they were in numerical order. Then I asked if the other date was available. They had just given it to another fellow. I asked him if he minded trading and he said, "Sure. Gladly". The office was very accommodating. The women were wonderful!

Customer Representative was extremely rude & continued to answer the phones even though there were other people in the office. What should have taken 15-20 minutes took nearly an hour. I have done enough vehicle transfers that this should not have been this complicated or taken this long!

Very efficient, well mannered, and teamwork oriented employees. I normally see all male or all female staff in establishments be inefficient, but not today. This all female staff was running numbers and paperwork like a super computer.
