I currently live in Denver and needed a title closer who I could trust to get the job done. One of my friends recently sold a house and told me that Erica was on top of her game. These guys went out of their way to make sure everything went smooth with our transaction! We were out of state, so we needed to sign papers and overnight them in for closing. The UPS ended up loosing our package and it arrived late, but Chad was great at finding the problem and communicating over the phone with us. He took care of everything very willingly, even when there was an issue that was beyond either of our controls. I would definitely use them again!
