At a time when the new healthcare regulations and systems seemed to be overwhelming and confusing, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Their presentation and explanation of what the new laws meant for me were easy to understand. They were able to confidently answer all my questions, relieve my fears around affordable healthcare for me and my family, and (I truly believe) got us the best policy for our needs at the lowest rates possible. The enrollment with agent Geoff Ferland went wonderfully - the best health insurance appointment ever! Then Geoff left, and the problems from Platinum Exchange began. They started calling and asking for my SSN... ?! The staff since Geoff left has been very unfriendly and unprofessional. I can no longer recommend Platinum Exchange to anyone.
