I switched my insurance to the McKinney Agency approximately 1 year ago and could not be happier. Chad and his staff are true professionals. I saved quite a bit of money over what I had been paying when I switched, with the same or even upgraded coverage. Any questions or concerns I have had have been handled promptly and to my satisfaction. As a result of my great satisfaction with their work, I have referred several friends and business associates to McKinney Insurance and expect to send more their way in the future!

Be careful using one of their recommended body shops. I had my car door repaired at their recommended shops assuming the blue ribbon warranty would cover any problems. The dent was very large and the metal was stretched. After the repair was made everything looked fine until about two months later the dent popped back in (oil canned). If you have a door repaired with a large dent please insist on a door skin or you may be sorry like me.
