I called the Patton Ave. office with a question re: my policy. Roxane hung up without saying anything except "Just a minute". She transferred me to the 800#. I find this rude and unprofessional. As my question was about buying a new policy for a new vehicle, I am wondering if I should stay with Geico, if local agents treat customers so callously. I have been a customer of theirs for six years.
