I got a speeding ticket last fall and contacted Minick Law Firm since my case was a must appear. I live 250 miles away and it was not feasible for me to travel to court so Stephanie and Robert helped me resolve my case. This was my first speeding ticket in more than 10 years and I didn’t want to have to pay the increase in insurance from a 4 point ticket so Robert was able to have the ticket reduced to a 2 point violation. Stephanie was very helpful through the entire process and I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for a great attorney! Both Robert and Stephanie were very professional and very helpful! Thank you both for making this experience less expensive and a lot more enjoyable! I would definitely contact the firm again if I ever need an attorney in the area!

I did a lot of extensive research to find a lawyer who was very knowledgeable of my particular charge. I wanted this lawyer to be prompt in returning my calls,give me his undivided attention at appointments with him at his office. I felt that he gave me honest options of what we could expect from the court system and walked me through the court process because of his massive experience with this type of case. He always kept me abreast of any changing developments,change in court dates and times, therefore never leaving me feeling "surprised" once I had driven the hour long trip to the courthouse. I was charged with a DWI back in October 2015.. The Asheville police DWI task force charged me with DWI. My income solely depends on transportation to and from job sites and to perform service calls. I really thought this was it, I am being charged with DWI when I was not impaired. Mr Minick was able to prove my innocence thru trial. I highly recommend his firm to anyone who has been charged with a DWI. Mr. Minick is the DWI guy!
