The transition from the old website to the new one was a nightmare. Inaccessible data, especially the history portion. This is critical during tax season. Also, please also check your reviews on the google play store for your app reviews. There are many things that need to be fixed regarding the app and it was released in the middle of January, but yet, no update...or not response to reviews of the app. The response rate and time is deteriorating fast. I am very close to changing credit unions.

Advantis acts like a big bank & will not even open an account without doing 2 kinds of credit checks & background checks. I would not like to be part of another “big brother” type of bank. This is so disappointing. I have 3 bank accounts with good credit, but will not join Advantis if they treat everyone like criminals. Shame on all you big corporations treating average people this way. Take your business elsewhere.

Liberty Tax

went in to buy a CD. we were told that we needed our credit checked. under US law the only items required by the Patriot Act are social security numbers and a valid government issued photo id. I have had an account with this institution and never was asked when opening a deposit account for my credit scores.this is a marketing ploy by Advantis to mine personal information. There is no other logical reason.

I lov Advantis credit union. I am so happy I switched to them 3 years ago for all of my banking needs. I have my mortgage through them as well. My favorite parts: fusion checking, the ease of using their online banking system, and how easy it is to communicate with them (even when traveling overseas). You can skype them or use messaging and they respond quickly. Thanks Advantis.

WAS excited about Advantis opening new branch close to where I shop (on Woodstock) but after seeing soooo many bad reviews from customers i am apprehensive about transferring my money to them. They seem to be giving credit unions a bad reputation. Boo on that.

Web site is a saaaaadddd change. Otherwise Bam, this credit Union is Awesome! ♡ We are so pleased, we walk our preschoolers from 64th & Belmont to visit to use the coin machine for a deposit. They are our community Credit Union!

This bank will not let you call a branch directly- I have just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get through to my branch- people fron the "call center keep intercepting the call. very frustrating and unprofessional.

I was concerned that a payment to my Advantis Visa had not been credited. Kelly was VERY helpful and we soon had the issue resolved. My experience with Advantis at Belmont has always been positive. Good Work!

Only problem I had with Advantis, was any Credit cards, ATM cards or checks never seem to arrive. Closest location is downtown, but the bank is superior to OrTelco, PTCU and Rivermark, hands down
