James Adair was the perfect person to help me with my refinance. He was personable and worked his tail off to get my refi pushed through. At first, my refi looked all rosy, then the banks decided to change some rules. James worked with me and the lenders to shoehorn me in. When my re-fi was in peril, I called and left a message. This was during the holiday season. He returned my call the same day....from a family party. That is dedication.He basically resurrected my refinance situation. When I say James, I mean James and his team. They make him look good and vice versa. You know mortgage brokers that you never hear from after you sign on the dotted lines? That is not James. I closed in January. He still keeps in touch and has invited me to financial seminars and thank you events. He cares about his clients and it shows.

Working with James was a pleasure. We were starting to stress about what type of loan to get, and how much to put down, so he came up with all these charts and graphs showing the benefits of each scenario we were considering, and then some alternate scenarios that made much more sense than what we had originally come up with. When we got things started, he locked us in to to a low rate right before they were going to rise again. Then I sat back over the next few weeks, went on vacation, and basically did nothing, until before I knew it was signing papers with a notary, and my mortgage was way lower.
